Privacy Policy

What data we process

Account data: your email address and display name (if provided). You can use the app without an account.

Location: only with your permission and only while the app is open, to compute nearby places, distances and directions. Your location is NOT stored on the server against your identity.

Usage data: measurements such as which screens are opened and which searches are made. This data is ANONYMOUS; it is linked to your account only if you enable analytics consent.

Content you create: saved places, reviews and photos you upload.

Device identifier: a random identifier used to keep your chat history on your device when you are not signed in.

Why we process it

To provide the service: show nearby places, give directions, carry your saved items across devices.

To help the municipality improve: report which content draws interest, as AGGREGATE numbers that do not identify individuals.

Who we share it with

Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Infrastructure providers required to run the service: hosting and database (Supabase), maps (Mapbox), directions and place data (Google Maps Platform), file storage (Cloudflare R2), notifications (Expo), AI answers (Google Gemini). Only the minimum data needed for that operation is sent.

Messages you write to the AI assistant are sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply. Your identity is not sent.

How long we keep it

Account data: until you delete your account.

Chat history: linked to your account (or to your device if signed out), until you delete it.

Anonymous usage measurements: may be retained indefinitely as they are not linked to an identity.

Your rights

You can delete your account FROM WITHIN THE APP: Profile > Delete my account. Deletion is irreversible; your account and personal link are removed.

Data controller and contact: the platform operator together with your municipality. You may submit requests via Profile > Help in the app or through your municipality’s official channels.

Children’s privacy

The app is for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
