Scope of the service

The app presents the travel and promotional content published by the municipality. The content is the municipality’s responsibility and is entered only by its authorised staff.

Directions, public transport and map information come from third-party services and are informational; real-time accuracy is not guaranteed.

The AI assistant answers only from the municipality’s data; it can still make mistakes. For critical decisions (opening hours, fees, transport) confirm with the venue.

User content

You may add reviews and photos. Such content is NOT published without municipal approval.

Insulting, promotional, infringing, personal-data-containing or misleading content is not published and will be removed.

By uploading, you confirm the content is yours and that you permit its publication.

Account and access

Most features work without an account. Saving, points and reviews require one.

You may delete your account from within the app at any time.

Access may be restricted in case of abuse.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". No liability is accepted for your experience at venues, third-party service outages, or content being out of date.

In emergencies use official emergency numbers; the app is not an emergency call service.
