Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is the municipality offering the service together with the platform operator.

Data controller and contact: the platform operator together with your municipality. You may submit requests via Profile > Help in the app or through your municipality’s official channels.

Processed data and legal basis

Identity and contact (email, display name): establishment and performance of a contract — KVKK art. 5/2-c.

Location: your explicit consent — KVKK art. 5/1. You may withdraw it at any time from device settings.

Transaction security records: legal obligation of the controller — KVKK art. 5/2-ç.

Anonymous usage measurements: outside the scope of KVKK as they are anonymised (art. 28).

International transfers

Servers of the hosting, mapping, directions, storage, notification and AI providers used to operate the service may be located abroad. Transfers occur with the minimum data required and under contracts with those providers.

Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.

Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.

Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.

Request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately.

Request erasure or destruction — you can also delete your account from within the app.

Object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis.

Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
